Your national order will normally be shipped within 1-4 working days after receipt of payment, from the moment you received a confirmation email from the shipping service provider. International shipping times within Europe are 3-6 working days, outside Europe this is between 3-14 days, depending on the recipient country.

Estimated delivery times are in addition to processing times. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

Some of our products are made specifically for you after your order in order to keep resource consumption as low as possible. Accordingly, there may be longer delivery times. The same applies to custom-made products.

The products are shipped directly from Germany with UPS. The shipments must be received personally.

Please note that we cannot deliver to mailbox addresses.

If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not accept the package, JK STUDIO will not send replacement shipments. JK STUDIO is not responsible for any actions that customs may take on your package during delivery. JK STUDIO has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged on your shipment. Customs determines these fees, so JK STUDIO has no way of knowing how high these fees will be.
